So after letting the HOMEMADE frosting sit in the fridge for about 24 hours, the cake was finally ready to be frosted! The frosting was made with semi-sweet chocolate, but it was a perfect balance for the cake. Man, that cake was RICH! Although it took me 10 years to finally manage making a 3-layer cake, I am finally a professional cake maker! bwhahahaha! The whole lean was of course done on purpose
and my mom and i both ended up making up jokes about it and laughing so hard, that we both ended up doing an “OMG I’m laughing so hard that I’m going to pee” dance. I don’t laugh that hard often enough, and it’s awesome that most of the time it’s with my mom that I laugh that hard
Maggie told me that I was the BEST cake maker ever, and that the cake was the best she ever tasted! :-D It was an awesome cake! ***love***
